disorganised Popular

began work on the o7mar. made some new friends. amy left shortly as she was not feeling well. then later i continued to work with the new friends. realised that popular is really disorganised. they do not have proper planning for this event. okay, perhaps it is just novum that is the problem. fyi, novum is under popular. basically, we carried cartons and open them to take out the books. 20 of each title. tough work. as they are not organised... me, as usual keep complaining and saying about novum not being organised.. blah blah blah.. really loh!!

work on the 08mar as well. amy came and left early again, cos she tot she has recovered. but havent. one of the big shot.. the endorser. called li xian.. she split us into groups. it is like wth* if u wanna split group, do it on the first day lah. why when we found our co-operative group mates liao.. then split us all up again. idiot loh.. again, we did the same work as the day before. we took more breaks than compared to 07mar. cos we finished most of the stuff lerh. then have to wait for the 'tower' to be built up.. so slack loh.. waste of our time..

then later the li xian realised that the carton boxes that are empty, the boys threw them away into the 'trolley' for cartons boxes. then li xian like wanted to scold them.. say them for why throw the boxes, they need to keep it de loh.. then the boys of cos say back lah.. 'we dunno mahs, no one told us what..' then she diam diam, ask the boys to take out the boxes from that trolley. again, lack of information given to staff.. instructions not given, like wanna expect us to know like that. -.-"" again, i complain to shuyu, my friend again..

complain about the management people machiam like nvr learn before POM(Principles of Management).. or they are not experienced to manage? think li xian obviously heard what i say to shuyu, as i caught her looking at me when i am looking at shuyu.. p.s. lixian was behind shuyu mahs. cant be bothered with her, at most kanna fired nia.

then heard from Jasmine( new friend) say that poor desmond(new friend) was scolded by ms yeo(the lady boss there, they say).. for what?... for the girls walking to pallet of cartons to be carried before the guys move.. the 'smart' ms yeo scold him saying.. like 'dunno how to go and help the girls huh.. ' then desmond replied: 'duno mahs..' and you know what she answered back? ' dunno how to ask izzit.. '. it is like pengs lohs!

then later lixian say that they only selected 8 people to stay back and help out. the rest can go home.. and tmr (o9 mar) they need 18 people to work only.. so they select some.. i stayed back and not going to work on o9 mar!! =)) at least i can go for CYA. =] the 8 of us stayed behind to display the books. we tried to think of ideas and build the "towers" of books. they got give us some references for idea loh. then later lixian or dunno who lah.. say that some of the towers are too short.. must change.. like wth* loh.

i and joan was doing the children books display.. build so tall for what.. the kids also cannot see and take. and.. if u ask us for our opinion and build it ourselves.. then in the end, u tell us that it is not nice, need to change.. like u just tell us how to do it.. then we do it for u lah! lack of trust in ur staffs then what for empower them to think of ideas.. ( POM again.. hee) pengs! then we worked till 11pm.. and finally can leave for home.. it was late, the lady boss sent some of us home.. =)) at least, that is the good thing of the lady boss, ms yeo.

another problem of novum is... lack of communication within the same level and between each level of management and staff!! argh* diff supervisor say diff things de loh. -.-""

today i woke up at 2pm like that.. yawns* actually i wake up at almost every hour since 9am.. then went back to sleep again. today amy was supposed to work.. ytd, then i realised i was holding on to the lanyard. then today i nvr work, how to pass it to her.. then told her about it.. BUT i forgot to inform her that today need to wear the white tee and jeans as it is the opening ceremony... until amy told me that she was told to go home as she was not in uniform.. then i realised that i forgot to tell her.. SORRY AMY.. really sorry.. i caused her to lose the job.. really sorry mummy.. DUI BU QI..

*guilt* hais.. my absent-mindedness caused her to lose a job.. really aiya.. dunno how to say.. fcuk up loh me.. sighs*
