standby/ choices

been awaiting for my phone to ring today.
why is that so?
cos i was on standby duty.
usually i will get called up/ self activate my duty a day before.
but this time round, no.
since my standby is from 0000hrs to 2359hrs.
they might call me anytime to go for duty.

my gosh. been unable to rest properly.
as i worried that i would not be able to hear my phone ring
when they call.
and been calling back every one hour to check if there's any updates,
but no news.
omg. i shall conclude i really dislike standby duty.

it's like awaiting for death or what not.
-.-"" and i cant go out, in case it is a emergency/ urgent activation.
so i have been rotting the entire day on bed.
yawns.

everyone have a choice.
dont you agree?
in almost all situations, one have a choice to say yes or no. or even want or dont want.
even when you're met in unfortunate event,
whereby you are being held as a hostage.
you have a choice to agree to what the bad guy do. or go against him and risk death.

so how often do one do not have a choice in life?
1. when he/she is borned.
2. when he/she is met with an fatal accident that causes his/her life.

what other times do one do not have a choice?
i wonder.

but definitely, humans do have many tough choices to make in life.
not a NO choice. :))
